Appointments - Service Scheduling System

This was an appointments/scheduling system I worked on for AutoPoint, to allow dealership call centers and advisors to efficiently book service appointments. Through user research and feedback, we discovered that there was an urgent need for a highly-flexible solution to allow appointment makers to quickly find available time slots based on a wide range of requirements.

This project was unfinished when I left AutoPoint, but was intended to integrate seamlessly into AutoPoint's enterprise suite of dealership service software. Appointment information was communicated across multiple software products and the data was housed centrally to provide a digital record of customer visit history.
